  • The staff of Texas Roadhouse bounce a giant beach ball around before the Polar Plunge event at Tuttle Creek swim beach began last Saturday. As well as being a charity event, teams and individuals can dress up to compete in the costume contest before the plunge begins. The Texas Road House group won the team award for best costume.

  • A group of students run into the icy 30 degree temperature water Saturday during the Polar Plunge event at Tuttle Creek swim beach. The event was to raise money for the Special Olympics and had over 146 individuals pre-registered and many more added before the event started.
