They conveyor belt carries the material to the compactor, which compresses the cardboard into a neat cube, which will later be wrapped in plastic and shipped away to be recycled at Howie's.

On Monday, students from Goondnow and Marlatt Halls competed to gather the most recyclables from their respective dorms to demonstrate how teamwork can turn trash in the recyclables.
