Abi Wilson, freshman in kinesiology and assistant manager at Kite's Grill and Bar, places an order for Espinaca Dip for a customer Thursday afternoon. Wilson believes that Kite's longevity is due to Bill Snyder and the K-State Athletics program, as they brought a lot of attention to the sports bar when Snyder first came to K-State.
Abi Wilson, freshman in kinesiology and assistant manager at Kite's Bar and Grill, works on homework as Julie Nelson, '05 graduate in marketing and assistant manager, and Kevin Sloop, assistant manager, work on scheduling Kite's employees Thursday afternoon. Nelson believes that Kite's longevity is due to the fact that the bar is a K-State tradition, while Sloop believes Kite's has survived this long because Kite's "provides great service, atmosphere, and food to our customers."
