During a presentation aimed towards freshmen from the Leadership Concepts 212 class, President Kirk Shulz shared how each place one travels in life contributes to where they are now, and his path to Presidency at Kansas State University.
President Kirk Shulz spoke to a collaboration of students from the freshmen class Leadership Concepts 212. The presentation focused on Shulz's 16 Ways for Success in leadership.
Freshmen Matt Ehrnman (Milling Science), Jack Dunn (Business Administration), and Tyler Ottensmeier (Animal Science and Industry) converse with Leadership Concepts 212 instructor Mike Finnegan over how people react to a "quantum leap" within their organization. The question was posed by Kirk Shulz during his presentation for the class. "It pushes people out of their comfort zone," said Dunn. "It creates a transition phase."
